Ken Smukler, former aide to Congressman and Philadelphia Mayoral Candidate Robert Brady, created this ad challenging the record of Tom Knox, another Democratic candidate for mayor. Knox, a multi-millionaire businessman who has never held elected office has been running a vigorous television ad campaign, financed for the most part by his own personal wealth.

This ad was made with the hope that one a couple of independent 527 political committees would provide the money to air it on local television in Philadelphia.
