Arizona Democratic Congressional Candidate Mike Caccioppoli knows how to get the best bang for his buck in this ad.
This is a kind of nifty idea. Why not just have your daughter make the ads for you. Cheap and effective. The little girls dad, Keith Ellison, is running for US Congress.
